Data Storage

Project data and account information are stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure (Google Cloud). Data is protected using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) in transit.

Projects are private by default and accessible only to the account holder unless shared via a secure link.

Account Information

When you create an account, we store:

• • Encrypted authentication credentials
• • Basic account metadata

Authentication is handled securely using Firebase Authentication.

Project Data

If you choose to save your work, we store:

• • 360 images you upload
• • Overlay and scene configuration data
• • Project metadata

You retain ownership of your content.

Usage Analytics

We may collect limited usage data to improve performance and product features. This may include:

• • Device type
• • Browser type
• • General usage patterns
• • Performance diagnostics

We do not sell user data.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all sensitive payment information in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

Data Access & Deletion

• • You can request deletion of your account and associated project data at any time.
• • Shared project links can be disabled by the project owner.

VR & Viewer Mode

Viewer sessions do not require separate account creation unless saving or accessing private projects.

Intended Audience

Layerscape is designed for professional and institutional use. While minors may participate in sessions created by account holders, we do not market directly to children or knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate supervision.
